Despite the huge effects the pandemic had in their area, MPAMA is moving into their 11th year in business with a 98% close rate (making their academy part of the 2% of businesses to make it past the 10-year mark).
Natasha breaks down the many hats she wears as Director of Operations - overseeing classes/camps/after school, developing and improving systems, streamlining the onboarding process, and empowering the members of the MPAMA team to become 1% better every day.
